We take the old man here for the pork sandwich...he loves it. Can't go wrong with the basic butter burger. It's fast food, and it's fine.
I'm new to MN and my first visit to Culver's? Well lets just say they had me at my first bite of their Butterburger.. And that tv commercial they have about their chicken strips being the real deal and most delicious? -that's for real! Their ice cream was amazing and as I drank my chocolate malt, I don't think I spoke a word til it was gone... I'm a Chocolate Malt professional fan.. and theirs ranked high with me! Culver's truly is all they claim to be- the very best in all categories- fast food that doesn't taste like fast food
Normally we love Culvers but our experience yesterday at this one was awful. After making sure the uninterested cashier understood my wife didn't want any pickles anywhere on her plate they hid a few inside the burger. When I went up to correct it the person whom took the order avoided me. I was finally able to get the attention of another employee only to have him remake part of the order and act like it wasn't there fault. I never received any form of apology or concern for the mistake or for my allergic wife.
This is probably my favorite fast food burger joint, also location! The staff at this location are always so nice and with a big smile on their face, I love that atmosphere. It's so refreshing to see great customer service at a fast paced restaurant nowadays where the goal is just to get you in and out quick. The food is always great, never had any problems. I recommend this place if you love burgers. * Also their fries are the best!! so good!
Pros first. The cheese curds are great and the custard is usually pretty good. Service is also pretty friendly. Now the cons. The burgers are so greasy they are almost inedible. Last time we were here we received a custard that was already melting when they brought it to us. It also cost over $40 for a family of four and we didn't even get any drinks. That's pretty outrageous for fast food.
