Horrible customer service......... Lost a shirt and refuse to return phone calls! Manager should be fired. Stopped in numerous time and left my contact info. Called numerous times and left my contact info. Hum, surprising - no return calls.
I share the same concern that others have about their starching practice. I like heavy starch and at best I get medium.
Just moved to the area looking for a good Dry cleaner. I have been using these guys for 2 months now for slacks and Dress shirts. I like medium starch on my shirts and they come back with what seems light starch at best even when I ask for heavy. Additionally, need to pay in advance and there is a minimum 2 day turn.. Has to be a better option.. Looking now.. BTW I have communicated my dislike about their service and it has not improved.
Over the past ten years, I have spent thousands of dollars using this clean n press. This past year, they acknowledged they got ink on one of my shirts and instructed me to complete a claims form with proof of purchase of the shirt for reimbursement of the cost. I completed the form with proof of purchase of the shirt and hand delivered it to the manager. Months went by without receiving any follow up. I attempted to call the store and they would not answer the phone. I attempted to call over 5 times. I finally went into clean n press to talk directly with the manger and she told me the owner will be getting back to me After waiting another month and the owner not getting back to me, I called him directly and left a message for him to call me and he never called me back with an attempt to resolve the issue. To think you would lose a repeat customer of over ten years for a $45 dollar shirt. I will never use this clean n press again.
Been going to this location for years and bring in many shirts bi-weekly to clean. Service has been getting increasingly worse over the last 6 months. Employees take the front row parking spots; and I lose my buttons off of my shirts continuously. Overall, disappointed with the dry cleaning and the customer service.
Besides that the quality of the work they do is high and I've never had any lost clothing.
I find it odd that the ratings are either five stars or one star. I've been bringing my dress shirts here for 4 years. Most of the employees are friendlier than you would expect and yes there are few that are a bit more monotone but they are far from rude.
