The machines are great but the customer service could use improvement. I showed up at 8:39pm to do one load. The woman working told me I'd have to come back the next morning. She pointed to the sign that said, "Last load at 8:45pm." I told her it wasn't 8:45 yet. She said she wanted to be home by 9:15 that night despite the place staying open til 10:00pm. I can understand if the last load was at 8:30pm, but the sign said 8:45 and I was there before 8:45. She just wanted to go home early. I had a plane to catch the next morning and needed to do that load before leaving town. So thanks for that, lady. Sorry I showed up ready to give your business my money and interrupted your plans to skip out of work early. It's a shame, too, because it's otherwise a nice place to do one's laundry.
I've been going here for over a year. I don't have a washer/dryer hookup at home or I would do it there. It's clean. At the time the staff was super friendly. My last 3 visits have changed my mind. The owner is not pleasant. It seems to be an issue where he would prefer I not be there. Wether I am not good enough to pay $80 a month to use his business seems to be the problem. The last visit ended with another customer coming out to my car and telling me of another nice laundromat to use where it's clean, well taken care of and not to worry about how I was treated. Some people are just rude. So, taken my money elsewhere. I can be treated with respect and give my money to someone who thinks it's ok if I walk through the door.

Clean, nice, convenient. Have ATM, coin machine, soap machine. Friendly staff. Various size washers, up to really big, giant! This place is great!
