These guys are the best!! You won't find better care at lower prices.
This place is inexpensive and did a fine job on my cat's dental surgery. However, this isn't the kind of place to go if you want to meet with a vet, talk through options, or get good customer service. For example, they never called me to tell me my cat was ready to be picked up. Then one I checked in at the desk to pick up my cat I was told to have a seat and they forgot about me for almost half an hour until I asked what the hold up was (there was no one else waiting and they assisted others who came in after me). I never got to speak with a vet before or after my cat's surgery, which was the most disturbing part for me.
WOW!!! What a great experience at the Richfield location. Super nice people and place is clean and big.
I will be telling everyone about this place.
Staff was wonderful, nothing fancy but they did my dog's teeth for a fraction of what I was quoted elsewhere... and couldn't afford. Thanks for great care.

I have been bringing my dog in for puppy shots to nails being clipped. Friendly courteous kind and efficient; that pretty much sums it up.
Vet was super informative and answered all my questions. Prices were good too.
