Careful everybody , the chaska police department are very dangerous cops, if u have an accent or u are a person of color & u had some tickets before , they are able to accuse you for something & they will easly damages you by booking you.. especially a fat cop with goatie.. he is very very dangerous with a short white guy .. so avoid doing business in chaska or live in chaska or drive through chaska unless its necessary.. watch out for those unprofessional cops . They are hillbillys power hungry ugly suckers.

Yesterday a white lady in a dark Chevy Malibu license plate 877MK was on her phone up to her ear driving, not paying attention, and switched into my lane and would have hit my car had I not slammed on the brakes and hit the curb. She quickly held the phone down from her ear and then acted like she did nothing wrong. My front passenger witness, who is a 60 year old white male, saw the whole thing and told the officers what happened and yet one of the police officers had the nerve to turn it on me and ask me, the black driver who almost got hit “Haven’t you ever been on your phone outside your car on speaker phone? I’m still not sure what that question had to do with the incident that occurred. She was unapologetic as she kept yelling I did not hit you. While it is not against the law to drive with your cell phone in one hand and the other on the steering wheel, it is against the law to drive distractedly if you encroach on another person’s safety or rights. The officers did not ticket her although her distracted driving clearly caused an unsafe situation and infringed on the rights of other drivers. In fact, it seemed that the one officer was trying to defend her actions which just perpetuates why black people feel as if the police are not there to help. Now my car is shifting to the right when I drive. I will be getting the incident report and that distracted driver will be paying for my alignment. So yeah, I believe the review from Aleks.

Great handling of family members mental health crisis.
