Ordered a custom pizza for carryout. When I brought it home I realized they gave me the wrong one. Drove back 20 minutes to return it. Finally got back the one I asked for but they didn't have enough courtesy to even apologize , let alone compensating me for their own goof up. Not coming here again
Chaska says they're open until 12am, got there at 11:18pm and they told us they were closed. Very agitated. "Open" sign was still lit up too.
The crust on the pizza was a little brown but other than that it was okay
They almost never answer their phone. If the stars and planets are perfectly aligned there is a slight chance of some raspy, old voice answering the phone and telling you the wait time is 45 minutes.
Worst customer service i have ever experienced. We had pizza delivered tonight and paid with card and a standard tip paid. The delivery guy instantly goes into how bad the tip is once he got here. I said thank you as he left and he replied you're not very welcome. I will never order from this store again.
