As someone who has over 20 years of management experience as well as a retired Fire Fighter people need to be held accountable and this Medical Facility is only as good as the people who work within in it,
My 8 year old daughter broke her leg today. 30 years of terrible urgent care experiences had me skeptical upon my arrival. I was blown away by the incredible service we received from the moment we entered. They were attentive (we had no wait), catered to my daughter as a child, and spoke to her in a way that would help her understand what they were going to do every step of the way including hooking her up to an IV and administering morphine, and taking x-rays. I felt comfortable and taken care of, amidst the chaos. Thank you to the entire team that was there to take care of my daughter tonight. We will only come back to this medical center in the future!
I am going to look at a different Medical Facility for my Diabetes treatment I just hope that as I look the reviews are not like this and if there are negative reviews, because lets face it we cannot make everyone happy, however, I hope I see better responses!! Good luck!
My recent experiences at the 212 Medical Center ER have been exceptional. The wait times were minimal, even though there was a line at check in they managed their case load very effectively. The nurses were professional and responsive, and the Physician staff took their time with us ensuring the proper diagnosis. When there is an emergency you don't typically shop around for the best location but if you have an option I would highly recommend this team.
The staff were very friendly easy to work with in the same day surgery center also all the rest of the staff are very helpful.
I called with a couple of questions about my medical bills. The first person that picked up the phone was very rude.. She cut me off mid-sentence and transferred me to a voicemail box. I don't plan on coming back. I was not a priority at all. I have to pay so much money for something they didn't even diagnose. They said "We don't know what's wrong with you sorry... heres your bill..." after running every test in the book. Very dissatisfied.
I am curious, I am looking for an Endocrinologist and was told there are diabetes specialist at this Medical Facility, however, I have read the reviews and have to say some are pretty disturbing but what is the most disturbing is every response to the reviews are pretty much the same, that they are sorry for the experience and will let the staff and leadership know. Now on the positive responses I understand, ok you had a good experience and we are happy about that but on the bad experiences simply putting that you will let the leadership and staff know is frankly not enough. These are peoples lives here, their well being and to just simply say that you will let the staff and leadership know is not acceptable. Have you contacted these people back? Have you had discussions with the staff member that the negative review has been about, what kind of training and or disciplinary actions are you or have you taken?
