Went to this location for the first time today. I needed to purchase an air compressor to blow out my sprinkler system. The folks on the floor were helpful and easy to talk with. The cashier and the young man who helped me load up my purchase were also very friendly. All in all I really appreciate the service and knowledge provided at the store!

I tend to go in the evening so I'm always able to get someone to help me if needed. Less inventory than others (sometimes I have to go to Eden Prairie for mulch) but it still has everything you'd need. Everything else is as you'd expect from a Home Depot.

I end up at HD probably once a week and they are great for stopping in and grabbing whatever you need off the shelf. There have some very knowledgeable and good staff there - for the most part. This review is about the ProDesk. I haven't had to work with them in the past but I never will again in the future. I was designing and building a new deck (I had built a number before so I know the ins and outs) and my wife and I needed to select which decking and rail materials we wanted. We ended up talking to Larry who was very helpful in talking about the various composite products on the market now and also aluminum railings. The problem came at quoting time. First they questioned the design itself (mind you I used to own a landscape company that built decks AND I already had a building permit) saying it wasn't "in his opinion" strong enough. I didn't ask for a design or his opinion, I asked for a material quote. After over 2 weeks of waiting I checked in and was told it would only be a few more days. After three days I checked back in and said would you just shoot me a number on a few items (a joist, one deck board and one post). Then I could compare the three items to other quotes. I never received anything. I ended up going to the store that night and looked at a few items myself - all were higher than the small lumber yard 30 min away that offered free delivery. Needless to say after 3 plus weeks and never receiving any quote at all I was pretty disappointed. I will go back and buy paint and whatever else I need off the shelf, but I won't buy any project lumber or anything thru the ProDesk again.

This particular Home Depot location aside from literally being half a store (Yes half the inventory) is filthy most new products covered in thick dark dust, also has the laziest and rudest bunch of employees I've encountered. To actually get help here is chore. To get good help a miracle. Their are a few quality helpful knowledgeable employees here. Good luck finding one, if you do have fun chasing them around waiting your turn as all the other lazy employees have not only sent you after this unicorn employee but every other person there. It's just not a good location. Apart from having next to nothing compared to other stores there's the aforementioned lack of assistance.

I had flooring put in earlier this year. People in the store are nice and service oriented. However, advising the customer and understanding solves that are int he customers best interest are opportunities for Home Depot. The installation was not done correctly and I a have an uneven floor in a high traffic area. I am worried it will never get resolved. Work between Home Depot and their subcontractor has been tiresome and dawn out. If you are considering having Home Depot install flooring for you, carefully weigh your options with someone better equipped to ensure quality and follow through service. The cost savings may not be worth it. Today I am going to the store for the 4th time to try and get my situation resolved.
