I've been nothing but disappointed by sprint. In store and through their main customer service number. I've been told something different by almost every employee. Passed around for 4 hours with a question about an unactivated iPhone 5s locked to the sprint network. After this a "manager" finally told me they would unlock it at the Hopkins crossroads store by a "physical unlock" that only the magic man at that store could do. Whelp knowing that a sim locked or carrier locked phone cannot be unlocked physically (If it could do you think It wouldn't be all over YouTube and the web) I went to this chaska location only to have smoke blown up my rear and no definitive answers. The answer I left with was "we don't know" and "we cannot help You" although when asked the employees were not positive they were not mistaken. Turns out they were. Huge mess, nobody from the bottom up knows whether or not an unactivated phone is even one of theirs. A 5 minute Google search and a few imei or esn checking websites reveals as much. Overall the hangups I got while calling the national customer service reps was ridiculous. The supposed answers or fixes even worse and this plus the in-store failure is just plain awful. Skip sprint altogether. The way in which they limit the most capable phones (next to Verizon who's phone's come carrier unlocked) and hinder it's otherwise capable system from working anywhere is just wrong. For the fringe users the locked bootloaders is insult to injury. Verizon and it's big red evil is a better alternative.
They were completely unhelpful, not only did the man refuse to help me and tell me to go to a different store, he offered no reason behind why he couldn't help me with returning a broken phone that I am required to return in 10 days. This store and staff are a joke.
Collin was wonderfully helpful he took the time to get me a replacement screen protector and walked me through how to warranty it online, great service highly recommend this store.
Had to stop back today to activate and transfer another line. This time Kevin helped me, and he was knowledgeable and speedy. He went the extra mile to see why my old phone was 'not backing up'. Super helpful and professional.
I will go out of my way to come back to this store! Awesome staff!

Switched our business account over to Sprint right before Christmas. It was a complicated transition, but Collin and Gary were patient and persistent...overall a great experience. Highly recommend this store for excellent service!
Came in the store the other day and Collin acknowledged us when we came in to upgrade a phone. A short wait and Collin assisted with selecting a phone. He presented several options and helped with the pros and cons of each device. Honest, straight forward and quick.
