I love their hours. Wish they offered more name brand selections all around but especially in accessories (purses). Disappointed with both the shoe and clothing depts lately. Good children's dept.
Didn't like set up. Won't return. Was not offered the sales speal at checkout. She was not very energetic, or customer service like at all. More like a finite ringing me up...Beep beep beep your total is $xx.xx thank you. Meanwhile the cashier next to me was offering instant credit discounts, coupons email sign ups, explaining to the man his points.
I ordered a stocking with my son’s first initial on it from Kohl’s in Chaska, since not a single one of their stores seem to have the whole alphabet in the store. I had to wait well over 2 weeks to receive it. Then I opened it and it was torn. Why would someone package a defective item? It’s a very obvious tear that I don’t think I can fix. I tried to post this review directly on Kohl’s website for the stocking but received an email saying my review would need to be reposted because it “contains inappropriate content”. Apparently Kohl’s thinks a negative review is inappropriate content.
Big store like any other. Nothing especial, a lot of sales of overpriced items. Overall experience, nice and calming surrounding, good background music, kind employees and big parking.
Far enough away from the strip mall in Chaska that you won't have to deal with traffic. My only knock on the store is that the inventory in the men's shoe department seems to be kept intentionally low. Meaning they won't have my size.
